The PMO Coordinator coordinates and supports Project Management Organizations (PM) on behalf of the respective CEO/CFO at Business level, to lay the foundation to create sustainable value for our customers with our products, solutions, and services and to improve project results.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Advise the CEO/ CFO to define adequate Project Management targets for the respective business organization and monitors the achievement of these goals.
- Ensure implementation of and adherence to Corporate Project Management standards in assigned business organization incl. Policy & Control Master Book (PCMB) controls and follows-up on the improvement measures.
- Provide guidance and ensures compliance to PM@Siemens standards, which are aligned with methodologies such as PMI or IPMA.
- Contribute to further develop global PM@Siemens standards and implements continuous improvement measures in project business.
- Ensure effective cooperation with stakeholders.
- Strengthen appropriate Opportunity Management and Risk Management culture and supports implementation of opportunity and risk methodologies.
- Consult, support, and coach PMs/CPMs.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level
- Experience designing and implementation of Project Management methodologies
- Experience in risk management
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Experience training and coaching team members
- Basis knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. (desirable)
- General awareness of Information Security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001). (desirable)
