Siemens’ Industrial Copilot is a next-generation AI assistant built to transform how people interact with machines on the factory floor. By combining Siemens’ deep industrial expertise with Microsoft’s generative AI technology, it helps engineers, operators, and technicians solve problems faster—like debugging automation code in minutes instead of weeks or getting instant repair instructions for complex machinery.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Generative AI Expert in the United States.
You will make an impact with the following duties:
- Design and develop innovative AI-based business models (e.g., subscription models, usage-based pricing, data-as-a-service, AI-powered platforms) tailored to industrial customers.
- Define clear, differentiated value propositions by identifying key customer pain points, articulating the unique benefits of Siemens’ AI solutions, quantifying the business impact (e.g., cost savings, efficiency gains, new revenue potential) and create value-based pricing scenarios
- As a trusted advisor for manufacturers and machine builders, you will land and drive complex GenAI projects and programs to successful completion followed by identifying further expand and adopt opportunities
- Utilize own experiences and best practices to address customer challenges and match with impactful solutions to implement Lighthouse Projects which can replicate and scale across customers and segments in manufacturing
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer demands, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including market segmentation, competitive positioning, pricing models, sales enablement, and partner/channel strategies.
- Drive monetization by creating scalable pricing models, identifying revenue opportunities, and optimizing financial impact through continuous market and customer feedback.
- X-Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and delivery of measurable business outcomes.
- Present business cases and strategic recommendations to senior management
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor’s university degree in Information Technology, (Software) Engineering, Sales in AI-based Business Modeling
- 8+ years of experience in designing and developing Software and AI based Business Models
- You have a sound knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering and AI Ecosystems
- Knowledge of go-to-market approaches for Software-as-a-Service offerings anchored in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- You have also already gained experience in business development, sales and/or consulting and know how to transform innovative solutions into market success.
- You are characterized by enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality
- You also impress with excellent communication and negotiation skills with a keen sense for market trends
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

- The pay range for this position is $188,020 - $322,320 plus incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
