Experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse cum Store Manager with a strong background in inventory control, logistics, procurement, and team leadership. Skilled in maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring accurate records, managing warehouse staff. and coordinating with procurement and concern stake holders to ensure timely availability of materials essential for operation. Adept at implementing best practices for warehouse organization, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth processes and high standards of service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Oversee regular inventory audits, including cycle counts and stock reconciliations, to ensure system accuracy. Generate key performance indicators (KPIs) using SAP reporting tools. o Foster a positive work environment and motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Ensure store operations comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including labor laws, health and safety standards, and product safety regulations.
- Oversee loss prevention efforts, ensuring that security protocols are followed to minimize shrinkage and theft. o Regularly update and maintain SAP records to ensure accuracy across all store operations.
- Inventory and various audit management
- Coordinate with sourcing team/One SRM for procurement of consumables and renewal of MHE RC
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP: Strong knowledge of the SAP system, particularly SAP Material movement (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production module. Ability to use SAP for tracking inventory, sales, reporting management.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, customers, suppliers, and upper management.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of warehouse/Store EHS procedures and regulations
- Ability to manage teams, schedules, and performance
- Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience with bachelor’s degree in related fields like business management, retail management, logistics or Relevant industry. Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is also preferable
