In our finance department, we are looking for a student for the role of Business Administration / Finance support, who will take care about finance and administrative tasks assigned.

This includes mainly following tasks:

• Support completion of financial analysis, planning and controlling activities
• Asset evidence / inventory process support
• Preparation of inputs for monthly IC invoicing
• Data prepatarion for accruals and other monthly closing support
• Support for EuroVAT filling process
• Creation of purchase orders and goods receipts

Requirements and skills:

• Experiences with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams,..)
• SAP knowledge - Beneficial
• English B2 - good in speaking and writing
• Independent Working Style
• Strong Communication Skills

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 6 EUR brutto / hour
