About The Job
We are expanding the Product Operations team at Brightly to support our growth. Product Operations is crucial in developing and delivering valuable solutions to our clients. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Business Operations to enhance operational excellence through analytics related to pricing and product usage. It allows Product Managers to focus on client engagement, discovery, and delivery of high-value solutions globally.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide regular reporting and analysis on product engagement and financial performance, offering recommendations for improvement.
Support the product team in developing pricing and packaging for new offerings and enhancements through financial analysis and modeling.
Evaluate pricing performance regularly, including price book realization, discounting, bundling, and retention.
Maintain price books for the Brightly portfolio across multiple product lines, verticals, and geographies.
Collaborate with the sales operations team to update pricing in Salesforce and maintain and publish price books for internal teams.
Support custom pricing requests through the deal desk process in coordination with product management, services, and sales teams.
Facilitate consistent communication regarding pricing across Product team and other internal groups, including sales, support, client success, and training.
What You Need
5+ years of operations experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to operations and analysis within the SaaS industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to interpret and analyze data to support decision-making.
Proven track record of keeping commitments and delivering results.
Process-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate confidently.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills
Financial analysis to evaluate factors affecting pricing.
Use of financial models to predict the impact of pricing decisions.
Pricing strategy skills to recommend pricing strategies and models.
Organizational skills to manage time and complete multiple projects efficiently.
Experience with Asset Management, Inventory Management, Procurement Management, Facilities Management, or Operational software is a plus.

The pay range for this position is <$110,000 – $140,000>. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
