We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Sales & CRM Analyst to optimize our CRM system and deliver data-driven insights for strategic decisions in the growing data center market. This key role connects sales, pre-sales, and business intelligence by presenting analytical findings and enabling AI-driven analysis. You'll also engage with customers and internal teams to translate insights into action and support sales efforts.

What You'll Make a Difference By:

  • Drive Data-Driven Sales Support: Support the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to post-sales strategy, partnering with sales teams and customers in the field and at headquarters.
  • Communicate Insights to Key Stakeholders: Lead workshops and presentations for leadership, customers, and front-line teams to drive alignment, understanding, and action.
  • Develop and Deliver Sales Performance Reporting: Build and deliver dashboards and reports that track sales pipeline performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and opportunities.
  • Ensure Data Integrity and Process Improvement: Maintain data accuracy and transparency across teams, translating business requirements into actionable insights and streamlined processes.
  • Analyze Sales Trends and Identify Opportunities: Analyze historical data and forecast trends to support sales planning and quota setting, leveraging AI tools and analytics to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Gather and Implement Stakeholder Feedback: Capture stakeholder feedback and translate it into practical results.

Your Defining Qualities:

  • Relevant Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Salesforce CRM Expertise: Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including dashboard creation and data management.
  • Strong Analytical and Data Skills: Possesses strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or advanced presentation software.
  • Effective Communication Abilities: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of Data Application: Familiarity with leveraging data and analytical tools effectively, ideally with some knowledge of AI tools and their application.
  • Industry Awareness: Familiarity with the data center industry and the ability to connect data insights to customer needs (basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is a plus).
