We are seeking a new colleague to become a project manager in our team. The main scope of our work are internal projects of various sizes and types oriented in Accounts Payable. In this role, you will be responsible for assigned projects and all their aspects. Our projects are of a various kind, like business units carve-outs, integration of new tools, service provision transitions etc. Very often we work globally with various GBS centers and customer business units’ involvement.
What is your new role?
- Lead and manage projects from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and meet all stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Create and maintain project documentation up-to-date, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure project deliverables meet top-notch quality standards and are delivered as planned.
- Drive effective communication by facilitating meetings and discussions with stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and focused.
Does this sound like you?
- You understand of Accounts Payable processes
- Experience in project management is a big advantage, but open mind, eagerness to learn with a combination of a common sense can substitute.
- Fluent English both written and spoken for daily communication is essential.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex and dynamic environment (also remotely).
