We are looking for a Public Bids Assistant to join our Smart Infrastructure business.
Please note that is a maternity cover and will be a fixed-term employment.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Gathering and organizing general documentation needed for bidding processes
- Collecting and inputting basic data into the BPC tool
- Supporting team members during offer opening events and assisting with related documentation
- Maintaining and organizing office administration systems and processes
- Using common office software, including Excel, Power Point, databases, and presentation software
You’ll win us over by:
- High school diploma or college degree in social humanities or technical sciences
- Some experience in tendering processes or in an administrative position
- Fluency in English and PC literacy
- SAP knowledge will be a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset and understanding of business processes
