The Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing into our Future Grids portfolio and applications to create the power distribution grid of the future. Our comprehensive portfolio meets the growing technical requirements of todays and tomorrow’s power grid!

We are looking for a Sales Team Support to support the Head of Vertical sales and team In EA. This position will be a hybrid role based in Houston, TX.

You’ll make an impact as you:

  • Directly support the Head of Vertical Sales in Electrification and Automation.
  • Run a high-volume calendar across global time zones with diplomacy, discretion, and excellent judgment.
  • Assemble and create all necessary materials and resources to ensure Head of Vertical Sales is prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, projects, and events.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical communications plans to support business strategy.
  • Develop, produce and review materials to support communication initiatives, including videos, case studies, newsletters and online content and actively seeks to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of such communication tools.
  • Oversee and manage dedicated administrative support operations and processes within the vertical sales group.
  • Contribute to budget planning, resource allocation, including monthly expense reports and other administrative tasks, including relaying and exchanging information with leadership, employees, and external partners.
  • Monitor progress of tasks assigned to team members to ensure timely completion.
  • Lead and coordinate the BDM support team and the relationship between the internal and external partners.
  • Manage weekly and monthly KPIs for BDM support, and CRM process from request through to completed proposal and into execution.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships with partners, distribution channels and end users.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives or 3+ years of sales support experience.
  • 1+ year of experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Highly developed project management skills (i.e. initiating, execute and follow-up projects)
  • Depth and breadth of experience with customer channels, product mix and brand strategy
  • Ability to organize data in a way that is understood and can lead to improved decision making
  • Proficient in Spanish.

  • The pay range for this position is $56,910 - $97,560. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
