Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full stack development initiatives, with a focus on Angular (frontend) and Java Spring Boot (backend).
Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI components using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Spring Boot, REST APIs, AWS services and microservices architecture.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews across the full stack, ensuring consistency to coding standards and optimization techniques.
Ensure performance optimization, security best practices, and accessibility compliance across frontend and backend.
Write and maintain unit tests and end-to-end tests to ensure stability and reliability of applications.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other specialists to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to frontend and backend engineers.
Stay current with industry trends in both frontend and backend development and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with DevOps and QA teams to ensure CI/CD standard processes, smooth deployments, and production monitoring.
Solve and resolve complex technical issues spanning frontend, backend, and system integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on Angular and Java Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular (v15+).
Proven experience building RESTful APIs and backend services using Java Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform and services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, and API Gateway.
Experience with state management libraries (NgRx, etc.).
Strong understanding of frontend and backend performance optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Jasmine, Karma, JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
Understanding of database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate optimally.
