We are looking for a (Senior) Commercial Project Manager to join our Customer Service business administration team. Working in the business administration team, the objective is to prepare competitive offers, keep running projects on budget, within the Siemens guidelines and customer satisfaction but also to continuously look at improving contracts’ profitability. The role includes undertaking detailed financial analysis, contract reviews, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

The role reports directly to the Head of Customer Services Business Administration.

What are my responsibilities?

• Prepare all relevant financial information in the offer phase and present it in the LoA meeting – for national and international offers

• Be the partner of trust for the Project Manager of our running projects and manage all commercial topics occurring in the project

• Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensure compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local GAAP requirements of international and local contracts

• Ensure all related project reporting and controlling activities in local and international contracts / projects under your scope

• Ensure that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimize the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments

• Actively manage all commercial / financial issues under your responsibility

• Communicate financial results and key drivers to management

What do I need to qualify for this role?

• At least 5 years of commercial project management / finance experience

• Good knowledge of performance controlling, sales and project execution

• Good knowledge of calculation methods / finance models / forecasting / project controlling

• Good knowledge of accounting (IFRS / Siemens FRG) and taxation principles

• Knowledge of Siemens business processes, policies and procedures

• Experience in handling BA tools

• Strong analytical skills are a must

• Strong sense of responsibility is a must

• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and oral skills)

• Teamwork & collaboration skills, good communication and negotiation skills

• Multicultural working experience is a plus
