Responsibilities:
Sales & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase Siemens Healthineers’ market share in Advanced Therapies and Enterprise Solutions.
- Focus on achieving sales targets by promoting integrated solutions that advance patient outcomes and streamline clinical workflows.
Territory & Team Management
- Oversee sales activities in Central and Southern Taiwan, ensuring optimal territory coverage and resource allocation.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to product teams or cross-functional collaborators to drive consistent results.
Business Development
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in surgery, cardiology, interventional pulmonology, and interventional radiology, interventional gastroenterology and other therapy domains.
- Collaborate with hospital administrators, clinical leaders, and healthcare networks to build a robust sales pipeline and foster long-term partnerships.
Customer Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, C-suite executives, and department heads.
- Tailor solution presentations to address specific clinical and operational challenges, emphasizing value-added benefits.
Solution Promotion
- Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and educational sessions to enhance solution awareness and adoption.
- Clearly communicate how advanced therapy systems and enterprise solutions improve healthcare efficiency, clinical outcomes, and cost-effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with local marketing, regional business units, and global product teams to align sales tactics with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with service, support, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and sustained satisfaction.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to refine sales approaches.
- Gather feedback from key opinion leaders (KOLs) and customers to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Enterprise Solutions Partnerships
- Offer consultative services, coordinate technology upgrades, and manage collaborative projects to help healthcare institutions optimize processes and achieve sustainable growth.
- Use an integrated approach—including capacity planning, resource allocation, and outcome tracking—to address evolving healthcare challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a healthcare-related field, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of proven track record in sales, market development, or product management within the medical device or healthcare technology sector (preferably in therapy solutions).
- Strong understanding of minimally invasive procedures, interventional imaging, or therapeutic workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to engage with customers and stakeholders across Central/South Taiwan.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
