Job brief:

Leads and drives implementation of Global IT strategies, policies and IT Service Delivery for the assigned business and/or organizational area of responsibility and assumes therein the overall responsibility of the corresponding Global IT value chain.

Responsibilities:

• The responsibility in the IT setup embraces IT Global Hub’s Business Consulting, Global Integration Management Center and Global User Experience Management
• Build & execute an overall Digitalization journey for all businesses and Corporate Functions in collaboration with the IT Global Hub
• Initiates and oversees the allocated IT responsibility as a business enabler
• Takes care of effective risk management measures within the assigned area of responsibility
• Oversees IT related contract agreements within the focus of the assigned area of responsibility
• May negotiate and seal IT related local contract agreements in collaboration with HQ Value Center
• Acts as Coach to respective Executives, in all IT related matters.
• May liaise with public and private stakeholders in IT.
• Typically manages a team of other IT Managers and Professionals

Requirements:

• Should have a strong executive presence paired with –
  • Solid understanding and proven execution experience of digital technologies like AR/VR, Mobile Applications and Advanced Data Analytics & AI, Cloud and Platforms.
  • Large Program management Skills with global virtual teams
  • Strong IT consulting experience to build digital journey based on business demands
  • Demonstrated experience in a management position leading IT Managers and professionals, including budget responsibility and stakeholder management.
  • Communication planning, designing and delivering various communications and leadership presentations
  • Rich experience in Requirement Analysis & Process Consulting
  • Good Experience of managing IT services
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry will be a plus

Qualification & Experience:
