Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support in the field Organizational Management & Development at HR.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will support the team in day-to-day operations in the field Organizational Management & Development at HR
  • You will help to design and create information and communication materials, including the maintenance of respective communication channels (e.g. intranet)
  • You will support to conduct data analysis, primarily Excel-based
  • Together we will develop and maintain new “low code” apps with e.g. MS Forms, MS Power Automate and Power BI Dashboards
  • You will gain insights into the Human Resources department of a company listed on the stock exchange
  • You will have the opportunity to join an open-minded team where your opinion and contribution will be highly appreciated

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are studying business administration or economics, business informatics or business engineering and would be available to join our team for at least one year
  • You already gained first practical experiences in a company
  • You have good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Experience in developing low code apps with e.g. MS Power Automate, MS Forms and Power BI is a plus


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have very good German and English skills
  • You have very good communication and analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently
