About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the continued development and market success of Gridscale X LV Insights, a flagship product focused on the low voltage grid insights domain. This is a key strategic role at the intersection of power systems and digital innovation, ideal for an entrepreneurial leader passionate about accelerating the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
• Shape the Product Vision & Strategy:
• Develop and refine the long-term product vision in alignment with broader portfolio strategies (e.g., PSS®SINCAL and other distribution grid solutions).
• Identify high-impact use cases and scalable business models that deliver customer value and support growth.
• Continuously engage with internal and external stakeholders to align the organization around the product vision.
• Drive Customer Success:
• Partner with account teams to ensure successful onboarding and early adoption by key pilot customers.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements to enhance product usability and value.
• Co-create go-to-market assets and implementation guides to streamline customer journeys.
• Ensure Commercial Success:
• Collaborate with Sales to position the product in a compelling way during customer engagements.
• Enable the sales organization with training, positioning material, and customer-facing collateral.
• Monitor market trends and customer insights to guide pricing, bundling, and packaging strategies.

Key Qualifications
• Domain Expertise:
• Deep knowledge of power systems, especially in medium and low voltage (MV/LV) grid planning and operation.
• Academic background in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or similar (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• Practical experience with DSO processes and customer needs in the grid domain.
• Digital & Tech Savvy:
• Familiar with software development cycles, data analytics, and cloud-based platforms.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and trends such as digital twins, grid automation, and AI applications in energy.
• Customer-Centric Mindset:
• Strong ability to connect with customers, understand pain points, and translate them into product features and benefits.
• Leadership & Communication:
• Demonstrated lateral leadership and stakeholder management across matrix organizations.
• Highly motivated, charismatic, and capable of inspiring cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Entrepreneurial Attitude:
• Outcome-driven, adaptable, and passionate about innovation.
