For our GBS H2R team, we are looking for a [Specialist] to help us drive [HR services] within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

• Delivering high-quality fulfillment and monthly payroll check of company benefit pay items by payroll schedule and assigned responsibilities.
• Handling EA contribution payment and commercial insurance premium.
• Providing daily EA consultation, withdrawal, and transfer for employees, and necessary support to PO communities, including but not limited to knowledge pool setup and know-how sharing.
• Serving as the product expert for company benefit-related process optimization and development.
• Independently supporting or driving projects from a company benefit perspective.
• Providing internal and external audit support.
• Performing other duties as required.

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1 to 5 years of related experience in HR service delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and especially Excel.
• Demonstrated teamwork and good collaboration with a "can-do" attitude.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other HR systems.
• Quick learning ability.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Dedicated and driven to achieve results.
• Customer-oriented mindset and stakeholder management skills.
