- Act as an executive champion with customers, translating digital offerings into actionable value and ensuring seamless adoption across a variety of sectors.
- Collaborate with the Product Lifecycle Manager to align on roadmap, features, and deployment timelines while maintaining a strong delivery-focused execution rhythm.
- Build out the go-to-market model in coordination with marketing, commercial operations, and strategic partners.
- Partner with regional sales and service teams to quote and deliver digital services, ensuring operational excellence and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement customer success frameworks, critical metrics, and feedback loops to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Siemens in ISO/RTO discussions, industry forums, and customer innovation engagements to shape the digital grid services landscape.
- Scale the execution of future Electrification X services such as asset condition monitoring, remote operations, cybersecurity-as-a-service, and DER (Distributed Energy Resources) optimization.
