Then come and join our global team as Program Manager Material Master Transformation (f/m/d) to refine and execute an aligned Global Material Master vision, strategy and roadmap. This position is part of the SHS TE PLE SCM Smart Factory Team providing scalable digital solutions to our Siemens Healthineers Business and interacts closely with our IT departments.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You continue to refine our common Global Material Master vision, strategy and roadmap together with diverse stakeholders in the business and the functions and cross-domains to identify cross-functional value and ensure buy-in
- You are continuously supporting establishing appropriate roles and responsibilities within the Siemens Healthineers organization: e.g. Global Data Stewards and Global Data Owners
- You are responsible to drive the Global Material Master Transformation Program at Siemens Healthineers including implementation of SAP MDG our strategic platform
- You are accountable for overall program success, timeline and budget
- You identify and prioritize projects and workstreams and their dependencies
- You are responsible to lead Global Material Master relevant initiatives to address requirements from different directions such as CSRD, Sustainability and Export Controls and Customs or other Regulatory Requirements
- You serve as chair and facilitator for strategic Global Material Master Data steering committees
- You are setting up a Global Material Master Data Quality Management, including definition of KPIs, setting Target Values and triggering corrective actions and root cause analysis
- You are working cross-functionally together to ensure an overarching data and solution architecture for integrated Product Lifecycle Management and Supply Chain Management and Accounting landscape
- You work closely together with the Product and Process Owner for Global Material Master
- Your work closely together with Data Scientist Experts
- You ensure business and IT stakeholder management across a complex matrix organization
- You are leading the Change and Communication strategy and execution

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, computer science, data management, business informatics or related fields
- You have many years of professional experience around master data management, specifically material master data management
- Operational experience within Supply Chain Management is a plus
- You have in-depth SAP ERP knowledge and IT affinity
- Good knowledge of our business models and internal processes is a plus
- You are able to connect material master data management to business outcomes and value
- You have strong hands-on experience in program and project management, certification is a plus
- You have very good knowledge and experience in the areas of SCM and PLM and material master data and their process relevance
- You convince with sound knowledge in SAP MDG and you have experience around SAP MDG on S/4 HANA implementation projects
- You have knowledge around Data Quality Management and appropriate KPIs
- You have experience in leading diverse, cross-functional teams, programs and working with multinational teams in complex cross-organizational setups

- You are fluent in spoken and written German and English
- You have extensive collaboration skills that enable you to build up strong business relationships and inspire various stakeholders. You are a talented communicator with the ability to handle and resolve conflicts appropriately
- You have a strong interest in cross-functional and cross-disciplinary optimization projects and the ability to work with stakeholders in complex organizational structures
- Your extensive analytical skills and your results-focused approach enable you to structure complex situations and drive efficient decision-making, and program execution
- Your personal attributes include decisiveness, mindset to generate business impact
- You are passionate about program management, business transformation and change management
- You also convince us with your "can do" mentality, personal accountability and willingness to drive things forward while thinking outside the box
- You have strong communication skills and are able to convince colleagues of a vision and tackle the necessary changes; this also includes managing and resolving conflicts appropriately and dealing with and coordinating with stakeholders at different management levels
- You have the ability to engage constructive in critical debates
- You are a team player and have high ethical standards and convince with your personal and professional integrity
- You possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative and willingness to take responsibility
