We are looking for a Business Support Administrator, to be hired with a permanent contract in Singapore within the Smart Infrastructure - Buildings area.

Your can make a difference with:
- Manage business operations: Handle booking, invoicing, credit notes, goods receipt, and stock items control.
- Maintain vendor/client records: Keep accurate and up-to-date registers.
- Process payments and claims: Manage payment requests, workflows, revenue planning, claims registration, cost control, and export control checks.
- Conduct analyses: Perform special analyses and profitability calculations.
- Support project management: Assist Project Management in analyzing accounting data.
- Ensure compliance: Follow internal guidelines and external accounting standards, and implement risk management standards.
Your defining qualities:
- Experience: At least 2 years in similar roles, proficient in administrative tasks and business operations.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written abilities for effective interaction with vendors, clients, and team members.
- Interpersonal skills: Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships within the team and with external partners.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to process and interpret accounting data; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple deadlines accurately and efficiently.
- Language proficiency: Proficiency in English for clear and professional communication.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
