You’ll make an impact by:
- Registration in SAP and implementation of the business model defined for each project.
- Regular analysis and review of planned costs and incurred costs.
- Analysis and compliance with commercial and contractual conditions.
- Identification, mitigation and monitoring of project risks.
- Close monitoring of all aspects with fiscal impact, particularly in international projects.
- Issuing invoices to clients.
- Follow-up of customers' overdue balances.
- Checking and validating supplier orders and subsequent confirmation of invoices if applicable.
- Preparation of monthly forecasts, ensuring the reliability of information, in a timely and reasoned manner for projects and business unit.
- Monthly financial closing activities and results analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting requirements from a project perspective.
- Interface and coordination with the various operational areas of the company and other external stakeholders.
- Analysis and reporting of financial indicators.
- Other activities transversal to the financial area.
- Support of the Project Manager in managing and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g. project gross profit, cash flow, assets).
- Participation in commercial project status meetings with the involved commercials.
- Review of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project books and records, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g. SAP.
- Ensuring of compliance with LoA guidelines for commercial aspects.
- Ensuring of communication of relevant commercial contractual obligations/conditions to the relevant project team members.

- A university degree.
- Candidate must have at least 2-5 years’ experience.
- MS Office and SAP working skill.
- Risk and Opportunity Management.
- Strong technical knowledge on handling different projects.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks.
- Willingness to work for extended hours on weekdays/ weekends during month end / quarter end close.
