You’ll make an impact by:
- Supervision of Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Trenching, Cable laying, Signal & LB foundation, installation, installation of MSDAC & Point Machine, installation of LC Gate.
- Supervision of Installation, Testing and Commissioning of EI Indoor S&T equipment’s.
- Coordination and validation with the design team for plan preparation, submission, and approvals for railway signaling projects.
- Technical support to Bid team taking full responsibility in terms of schedule, technical compliance and competitiveness.
- Provide Axle counter performance dashboard to Management on monthly basis.
- Implement new policy and documents on product Installation guidelines to ensure the quality of product.
- Lead the field Installation supervisor and carryout super check on live project sites to ensure the product installation quality.
- Responsible for monitoring assigned task on a regular basis.
- Troubleshooting and preparation of a detailed Technical Audit report.
- Coordination with the end customer, preparation of documents, and resolving issues timely.
- New solution and product development as per the client and market requirements as low as reasonably practicable.
- Can relocate to Pan India as per the project requirements.
- Monitors performance/metrics of assigned projects; meeting schedules and ensures compliance with safety requirements.
- Ensuring that the work is done safely and without adverse impact on environment as specified in the company policies and local requirements.
- Ensuring the quality and schedule is maintained and executed within assigned costs.
- To produce quality execution in the required time frame of the project.
- Ensure compliance with environment, local rules and safety requirements and standards procedures.
You’ll win us over by:
- A university degree.
- Candidate must have at least 5-9 years’ experience in the Indian railway signaling business, knowledge of axle counters in areas of Installation, Commissioning and Testing, product management.
- MS Office and Auto Cad software’s working skill
- Risk and Opportunity Management
- Strong technical knowledge of Electronic Interlocking & Axle counters.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks.
- Willingness to work for extended hours on weekdays/ weekends during month end / quarter end close.
