Apply now for the position of Customer Service Coordinator for Accounting / Commercial Department (Outsourcing Contract) - Based in Cairo, Egypt.
Your role:
- Maintain detailed records, documentation, and implement E-archiving for Order to Cash activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support the invoicing and collections process.
- Facilitate the collector's job by delivering the collected data to them, aiding in efficient data management, reporting and providing necessary support.
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Gather and compile data for invoices, ensuring received accurate billing of the customer and timeliness.
- Handle administrative tasks between the Order to Cash departments.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
Your expertise and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of proven work experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Ability to work within a multicultural environment
