Apply now for the position of Application Services Manager, and you will actively participate in the satisfaction of our customers and users, based in Casablanca, Morocco.
Your role:
- You will act as main customers’ contact regarding Application and Education topics, and you will take all necessary actions to ensure high customer satisfaction results including acting as first point of escalation
- You will establish and maintain contact with customers and internal stakeholders to provide technical and business support
- You will use your in-depth knowledge and your analytical thinking to execute superior strategy, by addressing processes, setting new parameters, and being source of ideas
- You will manage direct reports, ensuring the team members have the right competences mix and mindset to provide world-class service to our customers. You will also ensure the staffing and performance development of the team
- You will be directly responsible on Application/Education P&L and Education Revenue driving
- You will manage and ensure a high level of performance by application department by monitoring all relevant KPIs
Your qualifications and characteristics:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in the medical imaging industry
- You effectively managed a team of direct reports
- Advanced leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to motivate, develop, and manage team performance
- You are customer oriented, and have a strong understanding of customer services requirements and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction
- Proven analytical skills to identify and resolve problems, with the capacity to handle conflicts effectively
- In-depth knowledge of P&L management, with the ability to drive Education-related revenue and ensure financial performance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
