You’ll make an impact by:
- Ensure safe commissioning, operating, and performance testing of installations.
- Attend the failures and address the failures on timely manner.
- Manage, test, and commission Electronic interlocking and MSDAC.
- Identify and manage resources to meet project schedules.
- Develop and manage commissioning programs in line with legislation, customer specifications, and standards.
- Review risk assessments, plans, testing procedures, and method statements.
- Conduct Health and Safety inspections & Ensure compliance with environment, local rules and safety requirements and standards procedures.
- Monitor project expenditure and progress, ensuring delivery within budget and on time.
- Ensure delivery of all T&C documentation.
- Liaise with Commercial Project Managers on project changes and issues.
- Establish documentation systems for T&C and field activities.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Design/Type Testing, Factory Integration Testing (FIT), and Field/Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
- Provide technical support to Project Managers.
- Coach junior staff and develop innovative, value-for-money services for customers.
You’ll win us over by:
- A university degree.
- Candidate must have at least 5-9 years’ experience in the Indian railway signaling business, knowledge of axle counters in areas of Installation, Commissioning and Testing, product management.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks.
- Willingness to work for extended hours on weekdays/ weekends during month end / quarter end close.
