Reports to: Country Business Lead for Denmark & Norway
Your role and Impact:
As a Product Expert Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled Product Experts, driving excellence in customer interactions.
- Support the team in preparing for customer engagements, ensuring impactful and effective communication.
- Champion customer satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and delivering solutions tailored to their needs.
- Work closely with Commercial, Customer Service, and Global Support teams to ensure seamless collaboration across Norway and Denmark.
- Engage actively with regional and global support centers to drive alignment and efficiency when needed.
- Strengthen collaboration across countries in our wider Zone.
- Lead continuous skill development within your team, empowering them with growth opportunities.
- Contribute as an integral member of the Norway/Denmark management team, influencing strategic decisions and operational excellence.
Your Expertise and What You Bring:
- A background in healthcare or medical technology.
- Proven people management experience, leading large teams successfully.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Fluent English communication skills, along with fluency in either Norwegian or Danish.
