Job Summary:

Design and improve manufacturing processes, analyze data to fix issues, and ensure new products can be manufactured. Document processes, solve production problems, choose equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards. Train staff, monitor performance, and use CAD-CAM software with CNC machines. Requires experience in heavy industry and relevant education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for production issues.
  • Evaluate and select equipment, tools, and technologies to improve manufacturing capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Train and support production staff on new processes and equipment.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency in software-based design and CNC programming (CAD-CAM).
  • Practical experience working with CNC machines mainly Turning and Milling operations.
  • Experience in heavy industry is essential

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years’ Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Diploma with 4-5 Years Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP / ERP software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
