Apply now for the position of Key Account Manager within our Norwegian Diagnostics team. This role reports to Area Sales Manager Norway.
Your role:
- Conduct proactive sales activities and mapping of potential customers; focusing on new sales with new innovative products.
- Be your customer's primary contact person.
- Build a broad network and develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Responsible for budget and sales results; developing customer plans; sales and marketing activities.
- Have awareness of your customer groups; key contact persons, products and opportunities.
- Responsible for creating and delivering of customer offers and tenders, as well as negotiating and renew customer agreements.
- Conduct sales presentations to customers.
Your expertise:
- Higher education as Bioingeniør or equivalent.
- Full lifecycle project sales experience; from product or solution sales to the public and private market.
- Experience within laboratory environment and knowledge of laboratory operations beneficial.
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English essential; both written and spoken.
- Ability to thrive in a commercial and customer-oriented role.
- Trustworthy with a structured and methodical work approach.
- Ability to build strong networks and partnerships, both internally and externally.
- Innovation to assess and meet market developments.
- Confident to challenge decisions, while appreciating the importance of long-term strategic planning.
