Siemens Foundational Technologies is the central in-house research and development unit at Siemens and as such occupies an outstanding position within Siemens' R&D facilities. It acts as a strategic partner to support Siemens’ business units with R&D services and coordinates the collaboration with top universities worldwide. Through its R&D activities in Germany, USA, Portugal, China, India, and Eastern Europe, Siemens Foundational Technologies department helps to secure the company’s technological future and strengthen its ambition.

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in React.js and Angular, with a particular focus on advanced component patterns and state management
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and its application in building scalable and maintainable applications
• In-depth understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiar with frontend build tools and module bundlers like Webpack and Vite
• Experience with API integration and asynchronous programming
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and implementing unit and integration tests
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
• Capability to work effectively both in a team and independently with strong self-management skills
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
