What will you do?
• Manage and control warehouse process ( inbound, picking, inventory) with a high standard of responsibility, keeping safety, quality and productivity KPI.
• Responsible of inventory accuracy and cycle count plan.
• Lead groups in order to reach productivity and safety guidelines (union workers).
• Good communication with team members of different areas ( procurement, production team, planner, external warehouse , etc.).
• Available to roll shifts and cover weekend activities.
What will you need to succeed?
• Industrial, mechanical, administrative or related engineering bachelor degree.
• 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience as industrial, logistic, process or production engineering/supervisor.
• Soft skills for personel administration.
• SAP knowledge (logistic module prefered).
• Intermediate English level.
• Proactive mindset.
