Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct interviews with the R&D key persons (i.e., R&D head, project managers) of different BLs within SHS Group to understand the business and R&D relevant activities, products/service profile and key projects with technical highlights.

• Collect technical information with operational key researchers and/or engineers to identify R&D activities and define eligible R&D projects.

• Identify technical merits and scope R&D projects for submission to authority.

• Advise different BLs on identifying core IP.

• Articulate eligibility arguments from technical perspective for the HNTE status and R&D super-deduction.

• Detailed review of the information gathered during the above process of HNTE and super-deduction, and subsidies application.

• Prepare R&D project reports for HNTE and super-deduction claim.

• Prepare RD and PS reports in HNTE application.

• Collaborate with different stakeholders to compile the relevant documentation of SHS entities R&D capability and IPR transformation in HNTE application.

• Despite existing R&D activities, dig out and explore new R&D opportunities within SHS Group and discuss with R&D team.

• Regularly hold workshops to introduce R&D concepts/regulation updates to R&D and financial colleagues.

• Manage national and regional government grant projects in terms of overall project administration, document management, audit preparation and support

Requirements:

• Familiar with SHS Group’s R&D activities and CS services.

• Quick learner for new knowledge and information (e.g., HNTE and super-deduction regulations, IP related regulations, and simple financial knowledge, government grant process and requirements).

• Ability of smart thinking: can identify the similarity of different BL’s R&D activities and prepare proposals for R&D project establishment.

• Excellent at documents writing and preparation.

• Effective, well-organized and clear communication skills.

• Good English in writing and presentation.
