A Snapshot of Your Day

In a growing business and highly dynamic environment, you will actively handle Commercial project management activities for our SSP Business in TI STG Vadodara. The role will involve cross collaboration with colleagues/customers across multiple areas and locations.

Job Requirements

  • Coordination with Order Management for all incoming purchase requests with all required technical inputs.
  • Invite offers from approved suppliers, in close co-ordination with a strategic procurement team, from local and import market.
  • Make techno-commercial evaluation of offers, negotiate as per benchmarking and prepare techno-commercial comparison for assessment and approval. Purchase order creation and close follow-up for delivery of goods and services in line with end customer want date within the compliance framework of organization.
  • Establish and manage communication with support functions like engineering, quality, stores, commercials, finance etc.
  • Define and execute strategy for vendor loading and monitor on time deliveries from suppliers to meet end customer delivery and organization revenue targets.
  • Prepare advance planning and strategy in co-ordination with order management team for raw material and spare inventory for smooth execution of short lead time customer orders.
  • Co-ordinate and monitor with internal workshop for need of their purchase requests for goods and services for jobs getting repaired / manufactured in house.
  • Minimum 12 to 14 Years Experience, BE Mechanical
