You‘ll make a difference by:
- Contributing to regional team efforts by overseeing monthly reporting, including closing activities and cost control of expenses, while also conducting ad hoc analyses for management within the regions.
- Facilitating the monthly and annual risk assessments and internal controls for the countries under your responsibility.
- Supporting corporate in monitoring receivables overdue and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborating with teams (including virtual teams) to ensure accurate forecasting activities for the countries under your responsibility.
- Seizing opportunities to take on greater responsibility in projects, such as digitalization initiatives or company-wide endeavors with a management focus.
Your success is grounded in:
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Experience: Professional experience in Controlling, Reporting, and Forecasting is plus, but not required.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- User-level proficiency in Power BI.
- Willingness to learn and work with SAP.
- Personal Attributes:
- Enthusiastic attitude with a strong interest in value flow and accounting topics.
- High self-motivation, resilience, and results orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong learning mindset, including adaptability to new processes and tools in Finance.
- Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English for daily business communication (written and verbal).
