Roles & Responsibilities:
• Prepare, set up and deliver clinical training as per customer requirements. On-site customer education on Siemens Healthineers systems (turnover training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for applications).
• Customer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, including adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio.
• Liaise with customer service in discriminating between technical and applications related problems.
• Conduct customer presentations, workshops and training for improved product and application knowledge for existing and potential customers
• Facilitate the customer's new equipment implementation through handover training and provide ongoing support to the customer install base
• Support the collection and provision of images to the marketing team
• Attendance at conferences and seminars supported by Siemens Healthineers
• Increase customer satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding, high-quality customer application education and support, incl. turnover training and further continuative education, thereby optimize customer training experience
• Increase efficacy of sales through competent application consultancy and support as well as on-site selling of Educate and Expand offerings
• Digital education portfolio support (incl. innovative online products as simulators)
Your expertise and qualification:
• Current registration as a Radiographer
• High standard of clinical and technological knowledge in radiology
• Have proven ability to provide clinical training
• Willing to travel throughout Slovakia
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Current driver's license
• Cathlab Technologist / radiographer diploma or respective degree
• English Language for international training
Experience:
• working in a Hospital / Scan Centre as a Cathlab or Radiographer tech. (min. 3 years)
• Open to Travel 70% – (role requirement)

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: from 2650 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
