Your role:

• Provide support for country infrastructure services, ensuring stability and performance
• User account management, including on/off boarding and access rights management
• Device configuration and preparation, ensuring readiness for end users
• Diagnose, support and coordinate resolution of hardware issues
• Deliver on- site support for local operations service offerings
• Support IT service desk complaints and escalations, providing timely resolutions
• Implement country level support concepts in alignment with EMEA standards
• Contribute to the roll out of centrally defined IT Infrastructure projects in Greece
• Manage external vendors of global and local IT Services
• Maintain and manage IT assets, peripherals, and ensure proper housekeeping

Your expertise/ skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related subject
• 3-5 years of working experience in IT operations or a similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English & Greek language, written and spoken
