Director of Shift Left Software Product Management
Role
· Supervise a product management team responsible for a portfolio of products focused on early software development on virtual processor platforms, and products enabling the implementation and simulation of complex system level digital twins. These products are sold for stand-alone use and are also integrated with RTL emulation and prototyping hardware platforms.
Responsibilities
- Defining the strategy and roadmap for a product portfolio
- Delivering clear product requirements to the engineering team and collaborating with them to ensure alignment and execution
- Lead the development of product value messaging for all targeted mediums, including for a website, app notes, sales team collateral, …
- Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for these products
- Work with corporate marketing, product managers, sales and business development teams to ensure key messages are aligned and executed
- Monitor market trends and competitor’s positioning and communication strategies
- Proactively coordinate marketing efforts with partners
- Present the product roadmap, values and vision to customers, editors and analysts
- Some domestic and international travel
Qualifications:
- Technical Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Demonstrated success working at the senior management level
- Experience managing a product portfolio including simulation technologies
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Experience in developing marketing, brand and communication strategies
- Excellent organizational and influencing skills
Preferred:
- Experience supervising product managers
- Direct experience in Cloud, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, EDA tools, emulation and/or embedded software
- Managed or worked closely with a distributed team through influence
- Experience in the semiconductor, hyperscalar and automotive markets
This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday
The salary range for this position is $177,000 to $318,600 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
