Your role:
- Develop P&L-based Productivity Goals for Latin America.
- Organize Workshops for each Business Area together with the HPS Department in order to rethink the way they work and identify potential opportunities for improvement using Structured Problem Solving, Visual Agile Management, Value Stream Mapping and other methodologies.
- Monitor the development of the initiatives created to ensure their execution and that the financial impact is duly reflected within the Productivity System.
- Monthly reporting of results using Power BI Dashboards and substantial analysis for the management team.
- Periodic verification of the quality of the initiatives.
- Training and support for Productivity Focal Points in Latin America.
- Be the Point of Contact for Headquarters Audit on Productivity and NCC financial topics.
- Develop and continuously improve Power BI Dashboards and Digitalization for greater efficiency and transparency of KPIs.
Your expertise:
- Excel
- English (B2 -A1) (upper intermediate - advanced)
- Financial Background Education
- Power BI (desirable)
- KNIME (desirable)
