Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
This position is full-time or part-time with 25 h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will coordinate the managers‘ complex schedule management, set priorities and resolve any scheduling conflicts that arise independently.
- You will plan and organize meetings, workshops and events, including room management, catering, logistics and agendas.
- You are responsible for organizing, planning and invoicing business trips in Germany and abroad. This also includes communicating with colleagues and partners worldwide.
- You will be responsible for processing orders of a general nature, including IT orders, in compliance with Siemens Healthineers guidelines.
- You will supervise the time recording of colleagues in the assigned teams.
- You support the onboarding and offboarding of our employees and working students, the preparation of presentations and general administrative activities within the team (relocations, team events, anniversaries, farewells, e-mail distribution lists, etc.).

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have completed commercial vocational training.
- You have several years of professional experience in an international assistant or secretarial environment and in supporting a management executive.
- You have sound skills in the use of MS Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, One Note and Outlook) and are characterized by a confident use of modern communication technologies (e.g. Microsoft Teams, video conferencing, etc.).
- You have good knowledge of various IT tools in the secretarial field and have the ability to acquire new tool knowledge independently.
- Ideally, you are already familiar with the tools used by Siemens Healthineers (e.g. E2E Travel, OneSRM/MyMall, SAP, Sharp, Learn4U, GAMA, SATO).
