For our GBS H2R team, we are looking for a [AskHR Specialist] to help us drive [HR/P&O services] within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

  • Handle HR inquiries, questions and requests from employees, including but not limited to employee life cycle, employee benefits etc.
  • Counsel employees and explain company policies and daily operations.
  • Manage and follow up on work orders and chatbots to ensure timely resolution of issues and provide accurate responses.
  • Provide support for reporting and data analysis within the team to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of HR services.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of employee issues and needs.
  • Participate in the planning, implementation and execution of HR programs.

Your defining qualities

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • At least 2 years of HR service experience, including project experience.
  • Familiar with HR related laws and regulations, and able to accurately interpret and apply these laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with employees of different levels and backgrounds.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 software.
  • Digital skills/data analysis (Power Apps, RPA/RDA, etc.) preferred.
  • Demonstrated team player.
