Job Title: US Relocation Manager [MULTIPLE POSITIONS]

Job Location: Iselin, NJ and various, unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Duties: Oversee the operations of domestic relocations for Siemens US. Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills to review domestic relocation policies, data analysis, financial comparisons, annual reviews, benchmarking, training and development, leadership development, coaching and feedback, change management, and ethical decision making. Consult with company Divisional HR and business contacts on process, compliance, best practices and costs. Communicate proactively with the HR organization and management concerning changes in policy and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective relocation of employees across the U.S. Decide on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to stay competitive with third service providers and service portfolio within the relocation industry. Make final RMC vendor selections and support the implementation of the vendor. Act as the primary contact for the vendors and perform relationship management. Lead and/or coordinate projects happening in the US Relocation space. Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Support employees and their family during stages of their relocation, which could be a challenging experience. Identify, analyze and resolve issues and challenges with vendors, internal Business units and relocating employees. Mediate disputes, foster constructive communication, and find mutually acceptable solutions between Siemens Business units and third-party providers. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Lead and facilitate organizational changes, including managing resistance and guiding transitions. Handle and lead during crises or emergencies, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to manage the situation effectively. Act as a point of contact to the transferee, management, and HR organization, and will provide policy counseling, brief the relocating employee, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal company regulations.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field and 48 months of experience in the job offered or in a relocation management related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: Managing costs in a BPO (Business Process Outsource) environment; Working in Human resource shared service environment; Working in domestic relocation services including budgeting, cost control, and risk management; Performing financial analysis such as service line profit/loss, cash flow, or trending; Interpreting and communicating financial information to stakeholders; Budget management; Negotiating pricing with vendors through RFIs; Conducting semi-annual business reviews. 100% telecommuting permitted. 15% domestic travel required.
