Then come in and join Malaysia team as Sales Account Manager (Lab Diagnostics), Responsible for achieving sales and profit targets within the designated region in alignment with the business strategy. Key duties include developing sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base, preparing sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and managing pre- and post-sales activities. The role also involves managing and monitoring sales opportunities by utilizing company-provided sales tools to ensure all opportunities within the assigned territories are accurately captured, tracked, and updated. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, with assigned outstation territories. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, primarily focusing on accounts in the central region, with outstation coverage depending on the yearly assignment.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible to serve as the primary interface between Customer Accounts and the SHS organization, advocating for Customer interests.
- You are responsible for oversee pre- and post-sales activities as well as the responsibilities listed below for direct sales within assigned territories and across opportunities in the Lab Solution division.
- You are responsible to plan and monitor the achievement of agreed sales targets within a specified region.
- You are responsible to complete key sales and forecast reports accurately and on schedule.
- You are responsible to develop and maintain the sales funnel and customer database using CRM tools.
- You are responsible to prepare, coordinate, and negotiate proposals in collaboration with proposal management and other relevant teams.
- You are responsible to manage key accounts to support customer goals while achieving company objectives.
- You are responsible to lead and serve as the point of contact for assigned opportunities within Siemens' portfolio, overseeing proposal preparation, negotiations, and coordinating internal and external project execution.
- You are responsible to act as the main contact for operational (product/quality) and financial matters, fostering internal collaboration to ensure customer retention.
- You are responsible to build build strong, reliable relationships with key decision-makers across all levels of the decision-making process to secure long-term business and drive new business growth.
- You are responsible to coordinate assignments, and where relevant, support the development of products, projects, or service programs.
- You are responsible to promote and facilitate cross-team collaboration to adopt a customer-oriented approach in the market.

Your qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Sales and Technical experience in healthcare (preferably Diagnostics),
- Minimum Degree in Biomedical Engineering/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Marketing or related disciplines.
Your attributes and skills:
- Account management skills is required, and knowledge of competition and local situation is necessary.
