About Smart Infrastructure – eMobility:

Siemens eMobility® is shaping the market with innovative EV charging technologies. We are dedicated to driving an open and accessible market for electric vehicles, as well as planning and implementing secure grid connections to enable further growth of EV adoption.

We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our eMobility team. This position will be based in Raleigh, NC.

Shift Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Hourly Rate: $23.36

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with shipping or receiving responsibilities in a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP systems
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 3+ years’ experience in shipping/receiving management and driving a forklift
• Proficient with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Technical training in area of responsibility

You'll make a difference by:

• Contact customers for additional shipping info and create shipping BOLs, Proformas for international shipments, and other documents using SAP.
• Code freight for payment in the Freight Billing system and manage inventory.
• Safely operate a stand-up reach truck, stand-up order picker, and sit-down forklift in high-traffic areas and narrow aisles.
• Accurately receive goods, verify shipments, inspect conditions, file damage claims, and record received items per established procedures.
• Adhere to all safety rules, work independently with urgency, maintain attention to detail under deadlines, and accept constructive criticism.
• Maintain a positive attitude, collaborate with others, and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

• The hourly pay for this position is $23.36/hr. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
