Mission:
Information Technology Division in Japan is a team of technology orchestrators who shape the future of Healthineers.
Our mission is to (1) drive innovative digital transformation, (2) ensure secure and sustainable IT services to support the going concern of our company, and (3) drive digital culture across the organization as technology evangelists.
Manager of IT Business Partnership Management Group and his/her team members will own these missions from Business Partnership standpoint. Manager will lead the overall Business Partnership model, collaborating with functional leadership to develop business blueprints and leading the development of technical blueprints that enable the long-term business growth. Manager will also own IT Compliance and IT Communication.
Responsibilities:
As Manager of IT Business Partnership, you are responsible for:
- Acting as a trusted business advisor and sparring partner for Japan business.
- Cooperating with IT colleagues in APAC region and global team to bring the global solutions to Japan.
- Providing strategic solution to the business that support the long-term business strategy and growth in each functional area.
- Working closely with Enterprise Applications Group, Local Operations Group and Strategy & Service Management Group to co-own digital transformation roadmap and technical reference architecture of Siemens Healthineers in Japan.
- Effectively communicating such technical reference architecture and related digital transformation roadmap to the business functional stakeholders.
- Building market benchmark regarding our technology domains and identifying area of growth and development needed for Japan business from digital point of view.
- Building and managing business demands, solution architecting that achieves ROI from IT investment.
- Working with Head of IT and Enterprise Applications Group Manger to develop Japan IT strategy and roadmap in 3- 5 years span.
- Building and managing annual IT budget and investment forecast together with Head of IT, IT Finance Controlling and other group managers.
- Establishing the holistic ROI from digital transformation as Japan Business.
- Being a subject owner of IT Compliance working with IT security and compliance team to ensure Business fulfill its IT compliance obligations such as CMDB, Operation Manuals and all other Siemens Healthineers RIC Control requirements.
- Owning IT Communications and collaborate with the regional IT Communications Team to deploy effective campaign and change management in Japan.

- Plan, analyze and manage IT personnels technical and leadership trainings and skill levels.
- In collaboration with other group managers, ensure the skill levels of our personnels are met in accordance with the business needs.
- Increase team engagement.
- Take Siemens Healthineers’ Peakon Score (Employee Engagement Score) seriously, and execute necessary actions to improve employees’ satisfaction with the end-user computing, devices and connectivity.

Applicant Eligibility
[MUST HAVE Requirement].
- Experience in leading a portfolio review with CIO.
- Experience in IT audits
- ITIL, ITSM practice
- Experience in IT fundamentals such as cloud architecture, software development, data, automation (API and RPA), infrastructure, security and compliance.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, ServiceNow, SAP, PowerPlatform, UiPath, Winshuttle, Snaplogic, KNIME and Microsoft Copilot Studio/Agent.
- Experience in budgeting, supplier pricing analysis/negotiation and cost control
- Experience in Project Finance, such as project cost benefit analysis, ROI analysis
- Experience in business process analysis and process mapping
- Experience in leading the discipline in maintaining CMDB.
- Good communication skills that non-technical people can understand
