You’ll make an impact by

  • Managing and maintaining SCM tools for risk management, tendering, and awarding processes globally.
  • Supporting process improvements by designing and implementing standardized methods and workflows.
  • Ensuring smooth operation and user adoption of SCM tools across Siemens Real Estate.
  • Collaborating with teams to understand business needs and translate them into process enhancements.
  • Assisting in process audits to assess compliance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Gathering and preparing insights to keep internal stakeholders informed about SCM developments.
  • Working with IT teams to configure SAP modules and align functionalities with business processes.

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, Industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience & Skills:
    • First years of experience in operational and strategic procurement
    • Familiarity with strategic procurement aspects like risk management, supplier selection, and tendering.
    • Interest in process design methodologies and SAP-based procurement systems.
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ways of working:
    • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
    • Willingness to learn and continuously improve processes and tools.
    • Organized and structured approach to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Languages: Proficient in English and German.
