You’ll make an impact by
- Managing and maintaining SCM tools for risk management, tendering, and awarding processes globally.
- Supporting process improvements by designing and implementing standardized methods and workflows.
- Ensuring smooth operation and user adoption of SCM tools across Siemens Real Estate.
- Collaborating with teams to understand business needs and translate them into process enhancements.
- Assisting in process audits to assess compliance and identify areas for optimization.
- Gathering and preparing insights to keep internal stakeholders informed about SCM developments.
- Working with IT teams to configure SAP modules and align functionalities with business processes.
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, Industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Experience & Skills:
- First years of experience in operational and strategic procurement
- Familiarity with strategic procurement aspects like risk management, supplier selection, and tendering.
- Interest in process design methodologies and SAP-based procurement systems.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ways of working:
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve processes and tools.
- Organized and structured approach to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Languages: Proficient in English and German.
