- Help our team advising clients on implementing leading cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) to improve their overall OT security.
- Utilize your knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and OT environments to identify vulnerabilities and propose practical, effective security measures.
- Stay informed about relevant cybersecurity regulations, market trends, and evolving threat landscapes to guide clients in aligning their strategies with current best practices.
- Learn from our OT security experts and grow.
Your Profile
- Relevant professional experience in industrial cybersecurity.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, data science, or a similar field is highly valued.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity controls and technologies such as system hardening, IDS, vulnerability management, anomaly detection, and network segmentation is beneficial.
- Certifications (e.g., IEC 62443, CISSP, GICSP, CISA) are appreciated; however, we also value a willingness to learn and earn relevant certifications as you develop in the role.
- You possess strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- You are comfortable working closely with experts and finding clear ways to communicate complex technical information.
- Proficiency in English
What We Offer
- A hybrid working environment that supports a healthy work-life balance.
- Opportunities for both personal and professional growth, including training and development programs.
- An inclusive culture where everyone can bring their whole self to work and feel they belong. Applications from neurodivergent individuals are particularly welcome.
- Inclusive hiring and onboarding support through our collaboration with auticon, the leading organization in ensuring processes are tailored for neurodivergent talent. If you need any accommodation, please contact: neurodiversity-siemens@auticon.com
- A broad range of well-being initiatives to support you in and beyond the workplace including relocation support if needed.
- A share matching program that allows you to become a shareholder of Siemens AG.
What you can expect from the interview process
- Our interview process typically consists of a 3-stage interview process supported by auticon throughout the process. The first stage focuses on your CV, personal background, and motivation. The second stage reviews your OT security skills. The third stage focuses on your learning attitude and organizational fit.
- All interviews can be done using Microsoft Teams. You will get to know several people from our team including your direct manager.
Join us to help safeguard the future of industrial operations. We look forward to your application!
