Energy Efficiency & Decarbonization are the mega trends of our time. Our scope include consulting, planning & design, turn-key implementation, operation and service works. We are searching for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic energy sales engineer who will identify, develop and finalize new- sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Connect and build relationship with existing and new customers to identify sales leads
  2. Coordinate with energy engineers to reveal energy performance potentials and meet customer needs
  3. Develop comprehensive proposal that includes technical solutions, BoQ, costing, financial solutions, overall cost savings and payback/ROI calculations
  4. Deliver presentations representing at customer meetings, seminars and the other organizations
  5. Work with operations, finance, procurement, legal, and other inside and outside resources to obtain customer commitment
  6. Conduct and finalize contract negotiation in coordination with the contract manager
  7. Make required preparation for efficient project handover to Project Management Team
  8. Keep abreast of market and business trends as well as local legislation in energy efficiency
  9. Coordinate with other business units of Siemens working on energy efficiency and to contribute to common strategies

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or other field relevant to our business
  2. 3+ years of consultative selling experience; energy performance contracting, renewable energy, building automation, energy storage project experience preferred
  3. Technical knowledge of energy baseline, measurement & verification, energy management system, energy storage, solar energy systems, HVAC systems, pumps, compressed air units, industrial heat recovery, boilers and building management systems preferred
  4. Basic knowledge of ESG management and commercial fundamentals
  5. Strong teammate with good interpersonal skills and customer focused
  6. Excellent communication skills at different levels up to the management level
  7. Fluent English both written and spoken and Cantonese
