Responsible for SSME MP R&D projects management. Projects should be within budget, on time and with qualified outcomes to meet or even exceed the customer`s expectations.

1. Independently responsible for large scale project management (Incl. Global L4L project with NMPA registration and R&D project).

2. Take care of product sustaining, e.g. continuous improvement (changes or Dtc).

3. Responsible for the complaint handling and escalation support, coordinate & motivate the team to identify the root cause for failures and generate the corresponding CAPA, within target date.

4. Maintain good customer relationship via regular communication with the customers.

5. Effectively communicate project expectation to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

6. Claim management e.g. for the customer wishes during the sustaining phase, where required.

7. Develop and deliver necessary reports, e.g. complaint investigation report, progress report, etc,.

8. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

9. Other tasks defined in Learning system and assigned by managers.
