What you will do:

• 計劃書撰寫、材料型錄送審、工程查驗、工程進度排定及控管
• 空調/電力/EMS系統圖面檢討、整合、繪製和修改
• 耗能設備現場量測及數據分析報告製作、含掛表、冰機量測、電力分析、效率分析
• 專案試俥調整、西門子 DDC 控制器設定、圖控軟體繪製、程式編輯修改
• 指揮監督分包商，管理專案執行進度與施工品質
• 工程驗收與結算
• 主管交辦事項

• 大專畢業以上學歷，理工相關科系
• 熟悉門禁系統架構、監視系統網路、弱電工程專案管理
• 3年以上門禁安防相關經驗
