Join Our People and Organization Team as a Business Partner!
We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Partner to join our People and Organization (P&O) Department. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders and employees to enhance business performance and boost employee engagement. As a key contributor, you’ll help implement impactful P&O initiatives locally, such as recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits programs, organizational growth, and change management—all aligned with our overarching people strategy.
What role will you play?
- Serve as a trusted advisor on P&O matters for the business;
- Execute and adapt global P&O programs locally (e.g., recruitment, talent development, compensation & benefits, organizational development, and change initiatives);
- Provide expert advice on general P&O topics, processes, and compliance with local regulations;
- Analyze and discuss workforce needs for designated teams or departments;
- Foster a strong local talent pipeline with a focus on diversity, aligned with global talent principles;
- Maintain high standards and ensure compliance with local P&O processes;

- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, essential for working in an international environment;
- Experience in a multinational organization (preferred);
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong collaboration skills and a passion for co-creating solutions with team members and stakeholders;
- Ability to build trustworthy relationships, both virtually and in-person, while respectfully challenging and contributing to ideas;
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
