Then come and join our global team as Global Marketing Communications Manager (f/m/d) in the Digital & Automation business line, which bundles the digital solutions (software, artificial intelligence, automation) of Siemens Healthineers.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
This position can be filled in Forchheim (with the possibility to work partially in Erlangen as well).
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the global marketing communications of dedicated digital healthcare products and solutions within the portfolio of the Digital & Automation business line.
- You develop relevant content for internal (sales enablement) and external (communications) distribution and usage for the products and solutions under your responsibility.
- You plan, implement, evaluate, and optimize effective cross-media communication strategies, measures, and campaigns along the customer journey (paid, earned, shared, owned).
- You ensure the timely development, creation, and approval of marketing communication materials required for both internal (marketing and sales meetings) and external (trade shows and congresses) events.
- You are regularly involved in the planning and on-site support of these events, in collaboration with our event managers.
- You work closely with internal (marketing, sales, events, regulatory, shared services, etc.) and external (agencies, customers, key opinion leaders, etc.) stakeholders.
- You frequently collaborate with regional and country teams to develop communication concepts and share best practices.
- You manage complex marketing communications projects as well as your assigned budget proactively and independently.
- You act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and leaders and stay abreast of trends in the digital healthcare and the communications industry, incorporating innovative approaches into your work.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a university degree in communication, marketing, business administration, journalism, humanities, or a comparable field.
- You have many years of experience in managing marketing communications initiatives and projects within a complex matrix organization, effectively coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- You ideally bring experience in communicating software, technology, or MedTech solutions.
- You have experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for communication purposes.

- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- You possess excellent communication and organizational skills and work independently.
- You are equipped with strong strategic and business acumen and set priorities accordingly.
