What do you contribute?

Join our central Environmental Protection, Health Management, and Occupational Safety (EHS) department at Siemens Mobility GmbH as an EHS Manager (f/m/d) focusing on occupational safety and health management.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing occupational safety across our global units, locations, and projects.

  • Also, you will utilize your networking and project management skills to design and execute health & safety initiatives across our business units and regions (in close alignment with our EHS and sustainability programs).
  • You will be responsible for an advanced occupational safety within our global operations by introducing innovative solutions to current and future challenges. You will also mentor local colleagues to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • In addition, you will analyze monthly health and safety data/reports and provide feedback to the respective organizations. In doing so, you will support the analysis of unintended events (such as incidents) to ensure lessons learned are shared with relevant stakeholders.
  • You will drive consistency in EHS approaches across our business units and regions, including setting targets, developing programs and methods as well as conducing workshops.

What do you bring along?

  • You bring in a master’s degree in mechanical or safety engineering, or a related field.
  • In addition, you do have a long-term experience as a global EHS Manager (f/m/d) within a complex matrix organization with a manufacturing focus.
  • Additionally, you have proven experience in designing and implementing occupational safety programs and are ideally familiar with Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles.
  • Furthermore, you do have in-depth knowledge of relevant standards and management systems (especially ISO 14001/45001), for example through an EHS auditor qualification as well as of regulatory requirements in the Sustainability and EHS area, e.g. CSRD.
  • Fluent English skills and, ideally, good German skills, along with a willingness to travel globally (approximately 15%), round out your profile.
